High grade PU crystal glue has the following properties: good elasticity, no warping for a long time, no ripple, UV resistance, no yellowing (at least 5 years in the sun), good strength, adjustable curing speed, and adjustable hardness: 1. Mechanical dropping of gel for 0.5 hours, and glue collection for 8 hours; 2. Manually operate for 0.5 hour, 2 hours for gel, and 24 hours for gel collection.

The manual operation process of crystal drip label (label) is as follows:
1. First, put all kinds of prepared substrates, such as self-adhesive, PVC, laser labels, synthetic paper, metal, aluminum sheet, stainless steel, plastic, copper sheet paper, acrylic, into the oven for 60 degrees preheating treatment to remove moisture on the surface.
2. Place the dehumidified substrate flat on the glass plate of the operating platform with the same level and wait for plastic dripping (glue dripping).
3. According to the dosage, take a clean beaker, measure accurately, mix the components A and B in the proportion of 2:1 by weight and stir them evenly (it must be mixed evenly, otherwise there will be surface adhesion and delamination with the substrate, which should be done for all products.) (Note: the proportion of products is different, depending on the actual situation). 4. Then put the prepared mixture into the vacuum drying oven, turn on the real pump, and remove the bubbles in the mixture under vacuum.
4. Take a clean needle tube, inhale the defoaming crystal glue into the needle tube, and then measure and evenly drip it on the surface of the prepared substrate (i.e., label, trademark, etc.). Generally, the thickness of the crystal glue layer is 2mm, and let it flow naturally (note: the above process is controlled within 30 minutes to avoid the increase of the viscosity of the glue solution, which will lead to inoperable operation).
5. After the base material is dripped with crystal glue for 3-5 minutes, observe whether there are bubbles or dust particles on the glue surface. If there are small bubbles, use a pin to puncture them. If there is a dead corner where the crystal glue does not flow, use a pin to extradite it.
6. The poured crystal drop glue label is solidified for 10-24 hours at room temperature of 20 ℃ - 30 ℃ to become a crystal label without touching the surface.
7. In case of self-adhesive label, trademark, etc., its thickness is very thin, and the boundary is not obvious. When pouring, it is easy to cause crystal glue overflow, and it is difficult to reach the thickness of 2mm. Therefore, it is necessary to grasp different situations to control the viscosity of crystal glue. During the application process, it can be placed for 1-2 hours to improve the viscosity and adapt to the pouring of thin crystal glue.
7. Make a crystal drop adhesive (drop plastic label) label with a thickness of more than 2mm, which can be divided into two drops of plastic. After the first drop of plastic, cure for 3-5 hours, and then add another layer.
8. For the cleaning after plastic dripping, whether manual or automatic glue dripping, the machinery, equipment and containers should be cleaned after completion.
